*TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR Chums 'WIN YOUR ORDER BACK' competition
Information on how to enter the Chums 'Win your order back' competitions form part of these Terms and Conditions:
All orders placed between 28th April and 30th June 2021 will automatically be entered.
Each order placed during the promotion will count as a separate entry. All orders will be included so the more orders you place the more likely you are to be a winner.
Delivery surcharges for items are excluded e.g. express delivery or heavy item surcharges
Single Orders over £75 will only be refunded up to a maximum of £75. Any order value lower than this will be refunded in full.
Orders will only be refunded to the method used to pay for the order.
40 winning customers will be selected at random after the promotion end date.
Only those persons wo are resident in the UK and ages 18 or over are eligible to enter this competition.
In the event that the winner cannot be contacted for any reason within 28 days of the winning draw date. Chums Ltd reserves the right to randomly select an alternative winner in the circumstance that we are not able to contact a winner due to inaccurate information provided at the point of order.
Chums Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition if circumstances arise which are beyond its control.

Claiming VAT Relief
Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled can claim VAT Relief on those products shown with "without VAT" prices. A person is 'chronically sick or disabled' if they:
Have a physical or mental impairment that has a long-term effect on their ability to carry our everyday activities
Have a condition that doctors treat as a chronic sickness (like diabetes, for example) OR
Are terminally ill
The following conditions may also qualify for VAT relief in some circumstances; Arthritis, Multiple Scierosis, Oedema, Heart Disease, Stroke. If you are not sure ask your medical advisor, as we are unable to give medical opinions.
Claiming is quick and easy, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. You can then either complete your VAT Relief registration in the shopping basket or during the checkout process
