Information on how to enter the Chums ‘Win £100 Food and Fizz’ promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions:1) All email sign ups between 1st and 22nd August 2021 will automatically be entered.
2) Only one entry per valid email address.
3) Entrants must have signed up to receive marketing emails. Entrants also give permission upon entry for Chums to contact them regarding this promotion.
4) The winner will be selected at random after the promotion end date.
5) The winner will be entitled to a single restaurant voucher up to the value of £100.
6) The voucher will be selected from Restaurant Choice, where the winner can choose from a range of restaurant options available in the UK https://www.restaurantchoice.co.uk
7) No cash alternative will be offered or provided.
8) £100 voucher must be redeemed within 6 months from notification of winning.
9) Only those persons who are resident in the UK and ages 18 or over are eligible to enter this promotion.
10) In the event that the winner cannot be contacted for any reason within 28 days of the winning draw date.
11) Chums Ltd reserves the right to randomly select an alternative winner in the circumstance that we are not able to contact a winner due to inaccurate information provided at the point of order or if there is no reply to our communications before the 28 days has elapsed. Should this happen, the winner would lose all of their claim to the prize or equivalent value.
