If you’ve misplaced your free returns label, please contact our friendly customer service team here who can issue you with a 6-digit number or QR code. If you take your parcel along with the QR code or 6-digit number to an Evri ParcelShop they will print a label in-store and send it back to Chums for you free of charge.
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used when placing the order.
