I contacted Chums four times in regard to my faulty purchase which they have STILL NOT dealt with. When I opened the box I found the rollator had a broken clasp that held the seat in place which made the walking aid unsafe and unsteady. I contacted Chums via their website then followed up with a email and was ignored. I then contacted them via instagram where I was then told a email had been sent out to me. That was untrue. It's funny how the feedback forms arrive in my inbox but not emails on how to get my product returned or refunded. I will not be using chums again. I have had to pay out more money to get the rollator fixed by a third-party along with the service of the breaks that were not able to halt the device when walking. There was also no clasps to keep the rollator closed when not in use. Do not buy this product. I advise you look elsewhere.

Delivered on time, at time promised. No hassle!!! Unfortunately, have to return the rollator due to a part breaking off. Phoned Chums and they dealt with it, never had this happen before. NOT Chums' fault. They have been very understanding when I explained the situation. Well done to the customer service agents!! My wife has recently undergone hip surgery and was recommended by a nurse to get one of these Rollators; has helped my wife a great deal.
