Returns

To return your goods you will need to return your parcel via Collect+. The Collect+ prepaid label is on your invoice at the bottom right hand corner. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 5000 local stores, open early until late and 7 days a week so you can return items at a time that suits you. Plus they are tracked so we know exactly where your parcel is.


1) Complete the returns form on the back of your invoice with the desired action and include it in your parcel
2) Peel off the pre-paid Collect+ label and stick it onto your parcel
3) Take your parcel to a local store offering the Collect+ service. To find your nearest Collect+ drop off point, please visit www.collectplus.co.uk/chums
4) Once you have dropped your parcel off you will be given a reciept as proof of postage and a code to track your return
On the back of the invoice/delivery note you will find the Returns form. Tick the desired action i.e. PLEASE EXCHANGE and complete the relevant area to tell us what you require.
Once you have dropped your parcel off at the Collect+ drop off point, it usually takes 3 to 4 working days to reach us. We will then process your return and post your exchanged item out to you as soon as we can. You should receive your order after a further 3 to 4 working days.
