I placed my order on 23/11/25 and waited the normal 10 days for delivery. Nothing happened, so I contacted chums several time to find out what was going on. After constant excuses by Chums I decided to cancel my order (which was paid for in full £250 on above date) I placed an order with another company and received it the next day. That’s what I call good service. Now I am waiting for my refund from Chums and hoping it doesn’t take as long. Very disappointed with Chums, quick to take my money but extremely poor service. All I want now is my money back, otherwise I will have to take further action. Extremely disappointed.
