I wasn't aware that 19 inch was the diagonal measure and not the top of screen length. I should have gone for a 24 inch diagonal instead. I unpacked the 19 inch one and it worked perfectly. Would it be possible to return the 19 inch and get a 24 inch instead?

I had been trying to find a small TV for my kitchen, and the 19" is just the right size. The picture is good (for it's size) the sound is a little harsh compared with my old Analogue TV, but again I think that is only to be expected from a small speaker.
