Lovely blouse but, first item large on size and replacemnt requested, TIp, make sure you request a return receipt when handing the item back for return, as I didn't ask as I thought that I would be issued with a receipt automatically, and was told too late, you should have asked!! therefore a weeks worry as to whether parcel had been returned or not. Replacement item delivered with ink mark on button hole, minor but visible to the eye, and ink mark on collar, the marks were probably originating from the markers used during the production line making- up process, but in any case the blouse should have failed the qaulity control check. Unfortunately, my First ever call to Chums Customer Services, was met with a raised voice as I provided my address and not an Account number, I requested the Call handler not to raise his voice to me, which he responded too promptly, probably frustrated with me for giving my ID details in the wrong order, Positives are-good email communocation from Chums and DHL. however, all in all, 2 trips out to rerurn 2 items, with a further wait now, for a refund, overall, a long timely process to source a blouse for work via the internet, just to save me time shopping, therefore will resort to shopping in future as I can visibly check quality of goods, but I will update review at the end of process and refund

Nice blouse only marred by the fact one button hole wasn't a hole, had to use a sharp blade to open it up.
